I qualified as a pilates instructor in 2006 and teach Pilates classes in and around Bury St. Edmunds and Sudbury in Suffolk. I am fully qualified with the Body Control Pilates Association as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor, a REPS Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor in the Management of Low Back Pain; a certified Back4Good® Practitioner and a BackCare Professional.

I have taught a wide range of people from the complete novice to the more athletic; back pain sufferers and those with osteoporosis; teenagers to grandparents. I’m committed to teaching and delivering excellent, enjoyable pilates sessions to meet all of my clients needs, both in group classes and private sessions.
